I had a coupon for an oil change,along with a tire rotation.When I came to pick up the car,the tires weren't rotated.I asked why,and the service writer said I would have had to ask first.She offered t rotation.When I came to pick up the car,the tires weren't rotated.I asked why,and the service writer said I would have had to ask first.She offered to do it at that point,but I didnt have time.She did charge me about $20 less though.I feel they should have asked when I dropped it off.
