When I picked up my car after a scheduled maintenance, I was waiting for the representative while she was talking on her cell phone. After receiving the invoice, I was promptly asked for a credit card, an was waiting for the representative while she was talking on her cell phone. After receiving the invoice, I was promptly asked for a credit card, and she made no attempt to explain the work that was done. When I asked about what was done, I was handed a photocopy of the "Service Recommendations" without any explanation. I am not the best judge of the quality of the work, but the people skills of this place needs a little more work. More
