The professionalism, courtesy, and flexibility at Hamilton Mazda made this purchasing process the best buying experience of my life (this is the 6th car that I've bought). Our sales consultant, Scott Dalton, went above and beyond to help us get the best price, which was as good as or better than any other dealership in NJ. Further, he personally delivered the model that we wanted (the one with fewest options possible) from PA to the dealership in Hamilton, NJ. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful, and no extra or hidden fees were added to the cost of the car. The detailing of the car was immaculate and Mr. Dalton gave a detailed explanation of the car and its features. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and happily recommend the dealership to others. More
When I picked up my car after a scheduled maintenance, I was waiting for the representative while she was talking on her cell phone. When I asked about what was done, I was handed a photocopy of the "Service Recommendations" without any explanation. I am not the best judge of the quality of the work, but the people skills of this place needs a little more work. More
