I made an appointment two weeks prior to schedule date. Left my car in the morning for service on scheduled appointments. Received no updates until that evening. I called for the status. I was informed that technician needs more time for repair and needed to leave my car overnight that I did. Next day same thing happened. No update until Friday evening. I called them and they said I have to leave my car for the weekend. I needed my car for the weekends. So I have to take my car without service and ruined my couple of days. Communication is very poor at this Hamilton Mazda dealership. Also didn't offer a loaner car either. Very poor customer service!!!!!?? More

He was very patient while I test drove vehicles over and over and asked questions. He was professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He answered my questions thoroughly in language I understood, kept communication clear, and made sure everything was handled efficiently on the day of the sale. The overall buying experience was extremely pleasant and straightforward, and I am now very happy with my CX-30 and definitely recommend Mike and Hamilton Mazda to anyone looking for a new car. More

Hands down to what I feel is an honest dealership. I have dealt with many before becoming a Mazda owner and I always felt like they are after money. I have Mazda dealerships very close to my home and I have dealt with many before becoming a Mazda owner and I always felt like they are after money. I have Mazda dealerships very close to my home and I didn't get the courtesy from the moment I walked in there door to purchasing my Mazda. In fact Hamilton was the 3rd one and the only one from here on in. My Mazda gets all the services needed from them More
