In my 45 years of purchasing vehicles, this is the first dealership that I felt that I wasn't in a 1970 movie's about a salesman who was about to give me the shaft. They were very personable and made sure I understood the pricing, trade-in value, additional service options and their Dealership for Life (DFL) Program which gave me free oil changes, tire rotations, car washes and lifetime engine warranty for as long as I owned the car. They even got me a 5 year, 01.9% loan rate! I would highly recommend Hamilton Hyundai to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

I came across Hamilton Hyundai while searching for a particular truck I was looking for. I have some family in the area and I thought that I would fly in, purchase the vehicle, see my family, then drive particular truck I was looking for. I have some family in the area and I thought that I would fly in, purchase the vehicle, see my family, then drive my new purchase home with me. I saw the pictures of the Chevy Avalanche and made a call to the dealership inquiring on whom I needed to speak with about the internet prices and listings and was told Brett was the one I needed. He was busy so I left a message with someone. I waited 2 days and no call back from Mr. Brett. I need the truck for work so I was going to pay cash for it and skip most of the bank paperwork involved. This would have been an easy sale for Brett if he would have just picked up the phone and called me back. I waited a total of 4 days and didn't hear anything so the outcome was I chose to take my CASH MONEY to another local dealer that had the same truck, 30,000miles less, 2yr warranty and 500.00 cheaper! Not only is Hamilton Hyundai not the cheapest, they apparently do not know how to treat their customers. Just because I was trying to purchase the Avalanche over the phone and finish everything else when I arrived to town does not mean I should have been ignored and put on the back burner. It seems to me that Hamilton Hyundai should re-train their employees in customer service and if Mr. Brett is a manager then god help that company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HAMILTON HYUNDAI TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! More

Destinie and Jess are the best. I was very hesitant about getting involved in another car payment and Destinie worked with me, waylaid my fears and walked me step by step through the entire process. She left no question unanswered, she was upfront, honest and held nothing back, which I GREATLY appreciated. She wasn't so much interested in just selling me a car as she was trying to actually HELP me. When Destinie wasn't available, Jess was there to back her up 100%. These 2 are friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to go that extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. They took the fear out of buying a car, and for that I will be eternally grateful.
