Review I'm very happy with my new vehicle purchase. It is definitely what I was looking for. The car wash at the dealership does not seem to get my car very clean, it seems to be more of just a rinse, however it is nice that they are free. I went back to get my rundown of the vehicle a few days after I bought it however, Jon was not available so I never did get a full run through of how everything works. We did get a good idea of the features of the car from the test drive though. More

Very poor Customer service I have taken my car here a few times for service. Each time the service reps are rude and not very accommodating. They offer no loaner cars while your I have taken my car here a few times for service. Each time the service reps are rude and not very accommodating. They offer no loaner cars while your car is being serviced. Once, I went two weeks with no transportation while my car needed a new engine and it was under warranty for a recall. And recently my starter went out and I had it towed and they scheduled me in for five days out. That was the soonest they could get around to looking at my car. Again, I was without transportation the entire time. I told them it was my starter and they still charged me basically a 100.00 diagnostics fee. I called management and they could not work with me in removing the fee. Cost me 525.00 for a new starter. No military discounts, nothing. Just rude, disrespect, over the phone and in person. Zero percent customer satisfaction, I am unsatisfied with there service. Do not go here. I will be going to another dealer next time even if I have to driver further from my home to get there. More
