The team got my towed car ready for service the next day, found the problem Open Road Honda in Edison did not find and had my car ready the next day. I had to find rides to and from the train (3 times) and Hamilton Honda (twice) while my car was being fixed. Q from the service team was great. She kept me updated and listened to my input and answered my questions. All in all the team made me feel calmer during an upsetting situation. Thank you. More

Craig confirmed, informed, and allowed discussion regarding costs and repairs. The technician showed issues with vehicle with video, which greatly encouraged our decisions regarding any repairs. I do have a mechanic I could take my car to for repairs at a similar to reduced cost, however, I agreed to allow Honda to repair and replace all that needed to be done due to Craig working with us. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to work with me as I went over the repairs and costs with my husband. I also am giving Honda the full opportunity for the extent of the work performed to have them stand behind what was done. Understanding warranty on after market parts, but also understanding Honda has been the only mechanics in the last 3 1/2 years to work on vehicle. This states volumes with what I'm trusting these days and what I'm not. In this case we were willing to pay for that trust. Thank you Craig appreciate your help. More
