This dealership is a class act. Everyone without exception was a pleasure to deal with. No hard sell. Not only was Anthony Puma our sales consultant courteous and knowledgable about the Honda vehicle we were interested in purchasing we also did not feel the pressure associated with buying a new car.We were also very impressed with the beautiful showroom and the state of the art service area. The professionalism shown by every one we came in contact with would lead us to believe that this is a dealership (Hamilton Honda) that I would recommend to family and friends. More
This was the first time in all my car buying/leasing years when I had a very pleasant experience. Lauren was exceptionally polite, friendly, helpful, and a wonderful person to deal with. The other dealer (not taking names) actually came in with a more aggressive quote and i called Phil to see if he could match (the only reason i was calling Hamilton Honda back was because my Aunt had a lot of good things to say about the dealership [she bought her Accord there], so i wanted to give them the chance). Took Phil 5 minutes to get back to me and he came back beating the price by 90 cents :D . Anyhow, then came Monday and i found out i had to do some client visiting for the week. I called Phil and said i couldn't make it and i'll try my luck Friday (7/2) and see if Honda had any great July deals. I called on Friday (7/2) and Phil said the deal was still on till 7/7. I filled in my credit application on their website (to save time at the dealer) and was there an hour later. The only negative experience, which lasted probably 20mins, was Phil's manager not sticking to the original deal i had struck which was the Dealer would make my first month payment. I was going to walk out but Phil worked with his manager and got me the deal i wanted. All in all, took me 2 hours in the dealership, which involved signing paper work, getting insurance and having the car detailed. Saved a lot of time by getting the deal done over the phone. I highly recommend Hamilton Honda (they give free oil change as long as you own the car) and definitely deal with Phil. More

The dealer (Rasaq) also spent most of the time that we were there bothering other potential buyers instead of focusing on customer service for us. They were also furious when we told them we did not want to leave a deposit and hassled us as we walked out the door. We spent about 4 hours at the dealership when we just wanted to test drive a couple cars and take a few days to think about what we wanted to do. We went to another Honda dealer and received a $16000 loan with a 3.99% interest rate 2 days later. More
I contacted Phil in Internet Sales by e-mail and got an itemized out-the-door quote within a few hours. I chose Hamilton Honda in part because my wife and I are moving to the area soon (we wanted to take advantage of the free oil changes), and in part because Phil was no-nonsense right from the start. Unlike one of his competitors, he didn't ask me to come visit the showroom before showing me his out-the-door price. When I visited Hamilton Honda to close the deal, they honored the quote Phil gave me--no charges for dealer-installed add-ons, no last-minute charges, no xx. Becky, the finance manager, explained all the paperwork clearly and concisely. Everybody we dealt with was friendly and professional. All in all, the experience was very pleasant. The facilities are still shiny and new, and I guess you could say their philosophy is as well. If the typical old-school car dealership doesn't understand how to use the Internet to do business and insists on browbeating prospective customers for hours on end, then Hamilton Honda embraces a new approach of respecting customers' time and using the Internet effectively.
