I think my diagnostic was superior and I really liked the video attached. I had my car towed in and towed out, due simply to the fact that I own an older model and after market parts were fine, but I just co video attached. I wished a loaner was available, but the Lyft service was super convenient as well. At the end of my time, I really needed Mike to call me to tell me the car had been picked up, but I realize after I paid my fee and arranged for it to be picked up - I was no longer a technical customer. All in all, I would have had my car serviced at Honda, if not for the labor cost. Thank you. More
