I had to wait two hours for an oil change, even though I had an appointment. When I got my car back they were four items from my glove compartment on the floor. Excellent experience as always! I especially wanted to highlight Inayah and Andrei! Andrei kept me in the loop the entire day, was great at explaining everything to me, and gave me I especially wanted to highlight Inayah and Andrei! Inayah has amazing customer service and even surprised me by remembering my name from a previous customer experience. Not only did she remember me, but also remembered that I had two kids at home, you do not find that level of customer experience these days! More
Your scheduling staff were excellent. I had to change my appointment twice. The first time was the same day as when I first called and your staff was very nice about it. The second time was the day before the scheduled appointment. Your staff was very nice and accommodating. I appreciated that as I had a family emergency & she made the rescheduling stress free. The service done to my car appears very good. I appreciated the video inspection and the suggestions made there. My only complaint would be the price but everything is so expensive these days. The service advisor did give me an accurate price ahead of time. I’m a senior on a fixed income and I need to keep this car on the road. I trust your service. More
