I arrived @ 6:50am for my 7:00 appt. It was for an oil change. I was told my car would be ready @ 10:30! When I questioned the long wait time I was told others were ahead of me that were It was for an oil change. I was told my car would be ready @ 10:30! When I questioned the long wait time I was told others were ahead of me that were waiting for their car. I was waiting for my car & was the second car in line. Fortunately, due to a cancellation, I was moved up and through before 10:30. Also, the attendant recommended I complete $700.00 of additional work. When I declined, I was given pushback. Really?! Isn’t that my decision to make? More
