He introduced me to the gentleman (Pedro Del Toro, Certified Technician) who was performing the necessary service who explained the crucial work that had to be done and showed me the damaged part/s to be replaced. He answered my questions and so I was extremely impressed with his diagnosis & expertise and was confident to proceed with the recommended repairs. Since the repairs would take additional time, I was shuttled back to my residence by Jaime who was cordial, polite and drove me very safely to my destination and return. While I was home waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I read the very comprehensive & informative Action Plan.
