I’m giving this dealership 5 stars only based upon my interaction with a couple of individuals there that really stand out and act like they care. I purchased a certified preowned Honda Passport there i interaction with a couple of individuals there that really stand out and act like they care. I purchased a certified preowned Honda Passport there in late October. The sales team is your typical sales team. It’s back and forth negotiations, they say they can’t do certain things, but once you decide to leave, they’re up for more negotiations and are a little more accommodating. But the sales team are just your stereotypical car salesmen. They will forgot your name the second you sign that paperwork and drive off the lot. My car needed two repairs. One that was promised to me during the sales negotiations and another that was overlooked in 182 Point Honda Certified Inspection. They were both taken care of and done very well and very quickly. But I will say that Craig Mayle in service is not pleasant to deal with. He has a serious attitude problem and zero customer service skills. But I happen to be the person who treats people how they treat me. So if Craig wants to have an attitude with me, I’m just going to give it back to him 10 times more. Also while I was waiting for my shuttle back home while my car was being repaired, I had spoke with another customer there that had the same issues with Craig. So it’s not just me. The shining star of this dealership, and the only reason I’m giving it 5 stars, is Kerri Villani. I had two separate times that I had issues and she was the only one who solved these issues and seemed to care. She is very accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. If everyone was a “Kerri” at this dealership, things would be much different. I’d also like to say that Jimmy, the shuttle driver, is a super nice guy too and was very accommodating. He’s a good guy. So overall, it’s your typical car buying experience, service does a good job but you might have to put a few people in their place, and there are a few standout employees there that at least act like they care about your business.
