We were happy with the repair that we went there for. However, the list of other repairs that they said we needed was very extensive and almost $5,000. Eager to recommend services repairs that aren’t really necessary yet. The pricing is also not very competitive. I purchased a car with a clean carfax and no recalls. I had a problem with an indicator light and had to bring the car back within 25 days. I was given the run around, and then told it would be fixed. I had a problem with an indicator light and had to bring the car back within 25 days. I was given the run around, and then told it would be fixed. I was without the car over a week and given a story about how much work had been done. Recently, the same indicator light came back on, and I was told this is outside of the warranty period. I asked many times if it was related to a recall, which was denied each time. Well upon speaking with corporate, sure enough there was recall for this indicator light that HONDA had the car serviced for when they owned the car. I'm still waiting for a phone call and an explanation. I have sent 3 e-mails, and have not received a call nor an explanation as to why this did not appear on the carfax. More
