Fast service, very friendly and helpful staff ! Came in with my brother after an hour drive to this dealership hoping to buy a red Civic SI. I originallybhad an appointment with Ralph from internet sales but he was out that day so we werebgreeted by Mr. Tony Manno. I expressed to him what I was there for. He told me and my brother to walk outside to the car as he went for the keys. The car was perfect and I didnt need to see much as I had already seen it before but in a different color. Tony took down my info and headed back to the finance dep. Offered a drink while we waited. Was approved. Had to wait a little to go and see the finance rep Matt since there were others ahead of me. There were many customers in and out and if every sales rep is as nice, and friendly as Tony I can see why the Hamilton Honda is so busy. Finally signed all the paperwork Matt was very helpful in explaining the insurance offers Honda offered. Very glad I made the drive to Hamilton Honda and extremely happy with my new car. Good work but a long wait I've always been pleased with the quality of work at Hamilton Honda. I went in at 9:10AM & wasn't out until 2:30PM.
