But what does certified mean if the basic items are ignored. The power port was just a fuse, but in a certified preowned car, wouldn't one of the items checked be fuses? Wouldn't the a/c system be tested tested?? Wouldn't you replace a busted vent?? Certified doesn't mean what I thought. More
