Wasted my time today We booked an appointment for 4pm and we were running late and we informed about the delay and made sure the dealership is okay with it. When we arrive We booked an appointment for 4pm and we were running late and we informed about the delay and made sure the dealership is okay with it. When we arrived we informed the front desk about it and asked if we can see someone. They assured we will be taken care. I waited for 15 mins and went back at 440pm and asked if anyone will be attending us. Another representative in rude tone point out that I came late and she has seen 200 people today and someone will be with me in a while. I clearly informed both front desk receptionist where I was waiting. An hour later, I went to check again...she was again being rude and pointing out that I came late rather than helping me out she started blaming their own internet sales team. She was neither not apologetic nor helpful. Rather being rude at me she could learn provide better customer service. Sumherr was helpful but the team on the floor doesn’t seem to care. Robert volunteered to help out as he was there near the reception. He could have moved on and started discussing business but he again started explaining how the internet sales team does and they don’t communicate to anyone on the floor...not once but twice. Dude...you got a read the situation. He then went in and brought Tony...he was polite and apologetic but we couldn’t get anywhere with price or talk a minute about the car. We were there for 1 hr 20 mins. I’m not sure why have 3 teams - internet BDC team, sales team and receptionist and a worst communication process. More
