Several times my 2020 has gone in and come back not fixed. Recalls that don’t work, telling me nothing was wrong with the car until I took it to another shop and they told me it was the torque convert fixed. Unfortunately they do the whole market adjustment xx. Thats price gouging and shouldn't be legal. Liars and lazy Bought a car Saturday and waited an entire week for them to run the finances but only after multiple phone calls for me to the finance department. Everyone in the dealership was very nice and accommodating. The only thing that I still think about is that I asked for optional services to be taken off and they went against my wishes and adde accommodating. My credit had been ran with a couple of services I did not want after I told the salesperson I did not want it. The Gap coverage I will accept (although I could’ve went elsewhere for coverage which I mentioned) but the tire and wheel was not necessary at all for me. If my wishes were met, it would’ve been a 5/5 experience. More
I wish that when I have a scheduled appointment that I didn't have to wait so long to get the oil changed. I asked when I got there and was being taken care of how long the wait was and they said one hou didn't have to wait so long to get the oil changed. I asked when I got there and was being taken care of how long the wait was and they said one hour to one and a half hours. It was right on time with the estimated wait, which was good. Also, I was disappointed that the car wash was closed when I was leaving. I expected that the carwash would be open by 9:00am. The garage doors of the carwash were open, but they had the driveway blocked so I couldn't drive in. My poor car hasn't been washed since early summer or spring. I believe the last time I was there it was raining so the carwash was closed too. Anyway, I wish the oil change only took like half an hour or less, but there were already customers there before me. I was glad that at least my appointment took as long as estimated. HOPEFULLY, next time the carwash will be open when I come back. I wish I could get my car detailed for all the trouble of not having the carwash open. More

the service itself is good, but it takes forever if you want to schedule an appointment for a simple oil change if you want to wait for your car. the dealership has a set for life campaign for car washes a want to schedule an appointment for a simple oil change if you want to wait for your car. the dealership has a set for life campaign for car washes and oil changes. i can drive up and get a car wash whenever i'd like. i have to schedule an oil change at least a month out. they used to have express service...there's still a sign for express service, but it's not offered. i actually stopped in one day for express service and one of the service advisors laughed in my face. don't offer a sale ploy for set for life oil changes if someone can't come and get one quickly like a jiffy lube, etc. More
