All the time she made me feel that I would be taken care of and I totally trusted her with my Pilot. Your man that was in charge of getting me a ride home was rude to me. He first told me he could get me a ride home in 15 minutes. An hour and five minutes latter, there was no shuttle so I went to ask him how much longer was my wait. He interrupted my question, not letting me finish, and said."A couple of minutes.". Rude! I said it had been over an hour and he had said 15 minutes. He Nastily said, "Well next time, I'll tell you an hour!" Rude again!! Customer service is perceived based on the expectations that you, Honda, set. If you say 15 minutes and the shuttle comes in 1 hour and 15 minutes, then the customer is dissatisfied. If you say an hour and 15 minutes upfront, then the customer is ok because he/she knew what to expect. Don't shoot yourselves in the foot by creating unreal expectations that will cause dissatisfaction. .
