Pleased with effor Chris Alfinito was very conscientious about trying to solve a problem with a water leak in front passenger area. This time it was apparently left over from the fix (a blocked ac hose) When I brought car back to Honda, Yonni Komnenos signed me back in and assured me they would go over it. Chris reached out to me to ask to keep car for a few days as they diligently ran water over the car, and left it out in rain. After taking out the carpet and front seat and thoroughly drying out the area, no more water appeared. It's been a few days ( with rainy days included) and car appears dry. I appreciate the service departments efforts in making sure no more water was coming into the car. More

It took two appointments but I finally got my tail light I called 10 days ago and said I needed a new taillight for my CRV. I was given an appointment for Saturday. When I showed up for the appointment, Chris told me the part would need to be ordered and would take a couple of days. I wasn't happy, I wasted a Saturday. He made sure the right part was ordered, paid for in advance, and told me to come back on Wed and ask for him. I did, the part was there and he took care of it right away. He didn't charge me for the installation, which I very much appreciated. He was great. More
