My current Honda is just four years old, and I haven't had any problems, but I come in for the free oil changes and routine maintenance, and it's never been a hassle. In fact , I came in for service just recently and a friend offered to drive me home to wait for my car to be finished (the dealer also offered this) but I refused as I view this as a mini vacation. Free coffee, and nice snack bar with excellent bagels, and comfortable chairs---it's really a relaxing experience! More

I went to Mavis and was pleased with their customer service so would be going to them for tire rotation,alignment etc. Rudy then went the extra mile to demonstrate what customer service should always be. His staff was courteous and very kind and it’s quite possible that he and his lovely staff changed my perception Prior to buying this Honda I used your dealership for my car needs as I was so impressed with the customer service provided by Jose Velasquez. Once he moved to another department I noticed that the customer service was simply average. However now that Rudy Williams is there I think it’s back to what your Honda image should always be Thank you Rudy More

Service writer did a great job The Service writer did great job but lost some confidence with the dealership as a result of one of your mechanics who gave me the wrong torque spec The Service writer did great job but lost some confidence with the dealership as a result of one of your mechanics who gave me the wrong torque spec for my Civic SI wheel lug nuts. I am hoping whoever did my tire rotation used the correct torque stick for my car. The mechanic told me it was 90ft lbs when it is actually 80ft lbs. While I was waiting I confirmed this with another service writer who confirmed this with another tech. Would have given 5 stars but as a result of the mix up with the spec I gave 4 stars. More
