Tires We bought tires here because we bought our car here a few years ago. We went with the tires they recommended (hankook tires) . At 28, 000 miles on these tires they are not wearing well and they are recommending new tires. We should get the tires replaced for free and the labor we already paid the first time to have the tires last at least 50-60,000 miles not 28,000. They only want to give us a small credit towRd the same tires and we have to also pay the full labor to install and balance. They do not stand behind the products they se or recommend. Don’t buy tires here ,they are trash. More

Outstanding Sales Experience from M&M My family had done the research on the car we wanted and knew we were going to buy the certified used vehicle provided the test drive went well. MAX m My family had done the research on the car we wanted and knew we were going to buy the certified used vehicle provided the test drive went well. MAX met with us, took us on a test drive, pointed out all the features of the car, then sat us down to complete the paperwork. Since there was a slight pull to the right, Max made sure the car got into the service department while we did the paperwork. They balanced the wheels and adjusted the tire pressure, making sure the car was in tip-top shape. We weren't financing, so it would be an outright cash purchase. Max walked us through the additional options we could choose and helped us get all the paperwork in order. He then introduced us to MATT to complete the process. There was a slight mistake in an extra warranty purchase, but Matt recognized it, corrected it, and let us know that it had been addressed. After the paperwork was done and the car was ready, Max came back and sat with me to make sure I was comfortable with all the new electronic features and standards (lights, wiper blades, gas tank release, etc.). I have been driving the car now for four days and LOVE it!!! I know this was the right buy and feel really good about the way I was treated. No process is perfect 100% of the time, so realizing and taking care of mistakes speaks volumes to their commitment to their customers.
