Hi Roree- I made my appointment back in late April early May, was called by the dealership to reschedule the recall to today 5/28. I agreed, I took off work and switched my work schedule around. Arrived to the dealership this morning as shared above. And was simply told the part was not ordered, my appointment had been scheduled for over a month. How is this Customer Service, and the respect time for me as a client was not there at all. I was told that they could get a Lyft, but the lift cant get me to work tomorrow within that distance. This whole experience was such an inconvenience
