The only problem I had was with a person named craig who I was told to go to see with my ticket. Who was rude and in my opinion disrespectful and could have handled himself/ situation differently. When he Arii ed he ignored me at first then I guess he realized he had no choice but to see why I was there. When I gave him the ticket said it was a oil change. He said no I’m not doing this I just got an oil ch he jumped up went to garage and said here go stand at her desk she’ll help you So I went there and waited for her to come back and she asked how she could help and I said that gentleman said to come over here and wait for you I’m here for an oil change. She responded with “ oh did you get us confused did you think I was him “ haha I said no I wS told to see him But he declined to help me and told me I had to come over here . She then changed her attitude and said oh ok. Sorry I can help you If he didn’t want to do the work he could have waited for her then went to her explained why he didn’t between them then said sorry I’m in the middle of something but if you come over here she will help you. More
