Service Advisor Andrei was very helpful with getting my Passport Sport serviced. I was pleasantly surprised when he mentioned there was a recall for an annoying infotainment issue I’ve been having. The tech who did the work needed to pull apart dash panels to get to the infotainment unit and it was all put back together without any signs of being touched and all panels were tight. Hats off to these folks for a job well done. More
