1) 2 hours wait time for oil change with an Appointment is not accepatable. Service advisor was rude. Didn't bother to call me for 30 minutes even after oil change and tire rotation was done and until i is not accepatable. Service advisor was rude. Also waited 10 minutes for during check in. 2) In the video i got from the mechanic, he mentioned that after the tire rotation rear tire will have 3/32 tread and front will have 5/32 and so rear tires should be replaced immediately. If that was the case mechanic should not have done tire rotition and left the 5/32 tires in the rear as is. Or atleast he should have checked with me before doing the tire rotation. i would not have gone for tire rotation. That option was not given to me. More
