I drove straight back & after checking the tire that was replaced it had too much air. The tire behind it had too little air. While person at point where you enter service did correct the issue, this should have been part of the mechanic who worked on the tire replacement to check all 4 tires equally for the correct tire pressure. Thus the mechanically service definitely needs improvement and for that reason receives 1 star. Also Honda Hamilton automated email appointments needs correction. My appointment was for September 20th. After arriving home from my September 20th appointment I received an email for the same issue for September 27th(why? have no idea except, human error or need to fix automated emails to customers). Not happy customer on this issue. More

Even though the car was ready, the salesperson took a long time to deliver it to me because he did not have a key. I would suggest that if someone has an appointment, please try to finish the work on the long time to deliver it to me because he did not have a key.
