Tammy also made sure that we could take advantage of every available discount, rebate and coupon, and delivered our 2015 Equinox at the price we needed to buy. Then, just before our vehicle was to be delivered, Tammy presented our case to the Finance Manager, and within minutes our car payment dropped by thirty dollars because of better financing available through Hamilton Chevrolet. Because of my good experience with the first vehicle, I went back to Scott for the second, and was glad that I did. The whole process was comfortable because he came to a fair price very quickly, and there was no pressure or games. When I picked up the new vehicle, it was prepped very well, all of the paperwork went smoothly, and he provided a good demonstration of the new features. I appreciate that Hamilton Chevrolet has a comfortable atmosphere. It is large enough to offer things like shuttle service and a nice customer waiting lounge, but not so large to be intimidating. My experiences using the service department have been good. The service consultants have been courteous, and explained things well. The work has been good quality and completed at the promised time.
