I was taken for everything I had :( Do NOT buy your next car from these bafoons! They sold me a 2009 grand Cherokee for 16,000. Since I drove it off the lot I have had to put 10,000 into it. New engine, new computer, new tire pressure sensors, new starter, etc. oh and did I mention they lied about where it came from? They told my father it was owned by one owner... except that one owner was the police department. Such a bummer my "new" car experience was such a rotten one. When I approached Hamilton about my issues... they simply responded oh how awful. Yes! How awful indeed you crooks!!! More
Sales I drove a over a hour to look at a suv they have, was told it was in like new condition and the vehicle was detailed clean. I took to suv for a test drive and notice the dash was cracked and notice the the seat belts were filthy dirty (disgusting) I even asked the sales person this vehicle been detailed?? she said YES... ask if there was any room to negotiate with the price was told NO with out her even taking it to her manager. So I leave and then get a texts saying " apparently they are going to change the seat belts now after actually looking not sure if that was your drawback if so wanted to let you know" I offer them $18,000.00 for the vehicle and they had it priced at $18.480.00 with doc fee of $115.00. Was told that it was in the shop and they were doing a inspection but to find out they outsourced it and had brakes. Was told "the straps and dash are going to cost $700.00 w/labor and I can have them clean liner ect. better" why if it was already DETAILED CLEAN. So if you take the $480.00 plus doc fee $115.00 is $595.00 plus the $700.00 would be $1295.00.... But was told "it is really $1865.00 with the bump on the trade and repairs. So I asked so you will take a LOSS on taking my car?? was told YES and said well I wasn't going to trade my car in. JUST DOESNT MAKE SENSE TO ME. ALSO WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS TWO OTHER PEOPLE THAT WANTED IT AND THEY HAD DEPOSIT ON IF I DIDN'T WANT IT. I JUST CALLED AND ASKED IF IT WAS STILL AVAILABLE BECAUSE IT STILL ON AUTO TRADER WAS TOLD IT JUST SOLD YESTERDAY!!!!! A WEEK AFTER I WAS THERE .. SO PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND BETH THEY LIE THEY DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH... More

THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES THEY SELL!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! If i could give zero stars i would. They sold me a warranty with my car and refuse to honor it. I was directed to speak with the guy in charge of the repair part Joe Ankrom and he completely blew me off telling me to call the warranty company myself. I called them and they said that all the work done should have been covered and that it is the dealerships job to call and make the claim. I couldn't do it if i tried. Also, their prices for repairs are ridiculous!! Go elsewhere!!!! Now Joe Ankrom will not even respond to my email or my calls. More

I sat for a half hour with not so much of a "Hi" from a service I recently took my vehicle in to have to have a recall taking care of and brakes done. I sat for a half hour with not so much of a "Hi" from a service tech. I watched car after car go through. When there had only been myself and another vehicle in the bay, I thought I would finally get helped; I was wrong. Another car pulled into the bay and got helped straight away. I left; I didn't even get questioned as to why I am leaving without having been helped or if I was even the owner of the vehicle. Service department is awful. I only went because it was close to work. I will not be making that mistake again. More

Great Dealership This is my second purchase of a new vehicle from Hamilton. My salesman (Scott Sodergren) has been more than just "helpful" in my purchase. He went out of his way to explain the entire operating system to me when delivered (even tho I only caught part of it, LOL) and once again, made my purchase a breeze. I would recommend anyone to head to Hamilton when looking for a new Chevy; DONE DEAL! More

They diagnosed it, ordered the part and fixed it within 24 hours. They shuttled me back and forth to/from work and even made sure my truck was washed before giving it back to me. No extra B.S either... good job! More
