I went in to purchase a new vehicle. The process took about a week long. The lady I was working with kept telling me everything would be done the next day and she would call me when she had all of the in about a week long. I wouldn't buy a car from these clowns if they paid me. I drove down to take a look at a vehicle. I walk in with a check ready to purchase, the pushy dealer makes me wait forever. Don't insult me by telling me to buy your overstocked Saturns because you can't sell them and I didn't want one. As I wait, they RUN APPLICATIONS TO BANKS WHICH I ASKED THEM NOT TO DO. The rude "special credit" manager tells me I've been denied by the bank I'm holding the check from. Then looks at me like I'm a criminal. I really doubt their education and dealers like this are the reason the industry crumbled in the first place. Needless to say I showed him the check and walked out on them. The salesman closed the door in disgust while he threw a mini hissy fit. Bought an awesome vehicle from Graff in Davison. Check them out and STAY AWAY FROM HAMILTON CHEVROLET AT ALL COSTS. RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, PUSHY AND WASTE YOUR TIME. Too bad they lost out on my cash, I hope they fold. Maybe they should hire a new credit manager as he obviously didn't do his homework. Laughable. More
