I have just purchased a used 2010 Prius from Hamer Toyota. I noticed that there was something loose underneath the front bumper. I brought it in to have service take a look at it and I have to say I a Toyota. I noticed that there was something loose underneath the front bumper. I brought it in to have service take a look at it and I have to say I am very happy with the customer service I received from Carlos Vasquez. He was very pleasant and trustworthy which are qualities that are important to me when it comes to dealing with any of my cars. Not only did he not charge me an arm and a leg but they finished the job in a timely manner... way better than expected. Carlos presented himself as a very professional Service Manager that greeted you with a smile from the time I brought the car in to the time I drove it away. 5 Star for Carlos and the service team and the whole Hamer Toyota organization! Now I have a place where I look forward to bring my car in knowing they're not just after the money, they are there for the service and stand behind the name Toyota! I'm glad I found this place because now I don't have to dread taking my car in for service! Thanks Carlos!!! More
I brought my truck in for the third time to have it fixed. My truck keeps throwing out lean codes. The last 2 times I broughtit in all they did was nit pick my truck, you have a motified muffler, after fixed. My truck keeps throwing out lean codes. Carlos, trying to get him to call you back is like pulling teeth, frank on the other hand does try to help. I've never had a problem with hamer Toyota before, but my opinion is some of the techs have no idea what to do or what they are doing. More

When I enter the Dealership-Nick always makes me feel like he is happy to see me and is always willing to help me out. I always feel like I am family. Today 2/27/13, I brought my 2005 Solara in for it's like he is happy to see me and is always willing to help me out. I always feel like I am family. Today 2/27/13, I brought my 2005 Solara in for it's regular 5000 mile check up. It was noted that I was in need of new belts-Nick and his team took care of my car and it now runs like a dream. I was in and out in no time. I also like the added feature of the Car Wash... I would like to suggest that you add a vending machine of snacks in the waiting room . Sam and the entire crew from the GM down stepped up and solved an extended warranty issue that i thought i would be left to me alone to fight. They also took the time and found a few other issues that nee solved an extended warranty issue that i thought i would be left to me alone to fight. Monday morning on my way to work I get the "Icons of Death" red lights, yellow light, green one to... crap please get me to my office where my can die in private. Can't stand sales people, but car salesmen are the worst, they are like ... well used car salesmen, can't trust them, they will sell their mothers for a nickle. Now I have to sneak into the dealership, avoid the voltchers standing out front who want to sell me a new car when all I want to do... no scratch that what I HAVE to do is get to the service bay, so I can get screwed over told I need work I can verify, and be over charged and mostly over promised. What a great way to start the week... so I pull I, great no sales people, just a very nice young man waving me in... I tell him I have an appointment for 7 am tomorrow morning, he introduces me to Nick,, please please please do be a friggin sales/service guy... nope not Nike, just a nice guy who wants to get my information and get my car fixted, we chat we look over my car, I get a rental (nice right here, not down the street) then the big line (from Nick,) I'll call you tomorrow! Yeah right like I have never heard that before) crap, he could care less about me and my poor car..I'll set an alarm on my phone to remind to call him, after I don't want to get too busy at work, forget to call, then have to pay a second day for the rental. The next mornimg Nick calls,, oh gosh this must be bad if he is calling me... what the batteries? No this is a prius, they cost a fortune, I mean everyone I know who does not have a prius told me when I bought my can,,, beware the batteries cost over $3000.00... with my head on my desk I hear Nick say something about a warranty 10 years. 150k miles... This is covered? wait, don't I have to PROVE to you it under warranty, don't we have to fight over this? you make me pay up front the screw me out of my money? no say Nick, and your rental is covered to..My experience was fantastic, above and beyond... you have a customer for life.... Frank did a great job getting my car serviced, i have an older model Prius and the parts where not cheap. Frank not only offered OEM parts but looked outside of his dealership for better pricing.
