Happily Enjoying Another Vehicle from Hamer Toyota I have bought several vehicles from this dealership including several Camry's and several Prius's. The dealership has been very fair with me. I have I have bought several vehicles from this dealership including several Camry's and several Prius's. The dealership has been very fair with me. I have made it very easy on my salesman, Reno Reyes, by asking him if he wanted to sell me a vehicle. The last two times I bought a Prius, and I knew that I wanted one; just not specifically which one. Both were very easy negotiations and Reno was a pleasure to work with; as was the finance person and everybody else I came into contact with. I baby my cars and only get service at this dealership, including oil changes. The vehicles have been very dependable and I have not experienced any problems with any of the vehicles, except what would be expected. They have been good about honoring warranty and recall work. I liked them so much, I referred my in-laws to them along with several friends. I have always recommended they use Reno as their Salesperson. I absolutely would recommend Hamer Toyota to anybody buying a new or used Toyota. More

Knowledgeable and Honest Employee I came in to have my battery checked out on a Saturday because my battery had strangely died the night before. Not only did he have them check my batt I came in to have my battery checked out on a Saturday because my battery had strangely died the night before. Not only did he have them check my battery but they did a whole diagnostic on the car to make sure everything was running fine and suggested I do a maintenance that day as I was due for one. They ended up having to replace a sensor and he quickly got it ordered and took care of my car that Monday after the weekend. Great employee and a pleasure to work with. A+ More

He was so rude; another assistant manager talked to me and waived the inspection fee because he felt bad for how Mr. Valencia had handled things with me.
