We had a very pleasant car buying experience once again at Hamer. The staff is extremely polite and very friendly. I must say that Russ Kutrosky was extremely helpful in answering some of the concerns we h at Hamer. The staff is extremely polite and very friendly. Russ was very patient with us and helped us to understand every aspect of the financing. Steve was also very helpful and was very pleasant to deal with. I don't know about the other sales or finance personnel but I would certainly rate Russ Kustrosky and Steve Denson as two of the finest you have to offer and would highly recommend them to anyone I know of who is in the market for a car. We have had the pleasure of dealing with these two in the past and will hopefully will continue to in the future. More
Hi, I had purchased this highlander from Hamer 2 months back. After about 600 miles i started hearing a metallic noise when brakes are released from full brake position. Took to service. There is a nearby back. After about 600 miles i started hearing a metallic noise when brakes are released from full brake position. Took to service. There is a nearby toyota delaership but i thought I will get better service from the dealer where you purchase. But, 1) After about 4 hrs wait, i was told this is normal. Weird that had to wait about 4 hrs for this. Now this could be normal wait for such things but i think its way too much. 2) car was not washed before giving and i too did not realize this. But not a biggie. When i called back, they offered raincheck. My old car doesn't make such noise, so weird that new car makes this noise and this is normal. If normal, it should have been there from day 1. Was advised to watch it till 6 months. Lets see. Good thing was that customer lounge had wifi and its nice. And was shown how to manually input numbers in bluetooth as the voice system was not recognizing some numbers at all. So this was good information as now i can feed some numbers. The staff is good as well and will regularly ask you for water etc. More
Rahm approached me as I entered the dealership and was very courteous. I had picked out the Prius c from Hamer's website and I knew exactly what I wanted. Rahm took me across the street to where the Prius' were parked and showed me the difference between a regular Prius and the "c". He was so helpful and answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. I am so glad he was my salesperson, he couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful during my purchase. I love my new Prius c and am especially LOVING the gas mileage I am getting. Thank you Rahm and Hamer Toyota for such a great experience! Federico was very knowledgeable about the two vehicles I was considering leasing. He gave me the best care in choosing the right car. Jason's welcoming was as if we had been friends forever. I came back in because of some specks on the body and he said it would only take about 45 min. to fix. Actually it did take longer, but he kept me updated regarding progress. The longer time was attributed to hand buffing instead of a quicker job. I am thankful for the care everyone at Hamer give me whenever I come in. That includes Mike Kushnatsian when I come in for maintenance. He is the only one I will deal with, not because anyone else has not been nice, It's just I try to be loyal to the people that consistently help me resolve any issues I may have. More
