Fixed noise problem Went for oil change and to diagnose unusual noise. Found a problem with the one of the engine block mounts that needed to be replaced. It was too late Went for oil change and to diagnose unusual noise. Found a problem with the one of the engine block mounts that needed to be replaced. It was too late in the day to finish so I was offered a loaner. While test driving the repair they found that the car wouldn’t start and the battery would not hold a charge so new battery was installed. I’m sure it saved me from my car not starting this winter. My First Oil Change I pulled in the Service Center on Tuesday morning and was greeted by Ty Hubbard and he was a gentleman and he assisted me in getting my oil changed on I pulled in the Service Center on Tuesday morning and was greeted by Ty Hubbard and he was a gentleman and he assisted me in getting my oil changed on my 2016 Equinox. He is always pleasant and acknowledged me by my name. I like that. I'm not just a number. I would like to see a little more refreshments for the customers other than water. Whenever I would go to George Harte Nissan in West Haven, they would have sodas, water, coffee, hot chocolate, pretzels and cheese nips. They also wash your car after being services when you spend over $40.00 for service. At least, I am able to watch television while waiting for my car. More
