We walked in without a clue as to what car we wanted and he was willing to spend the time educating us on the differences not just between the different cars but also the differences in the levels of the models. We finally (3 weeks later! - I tell you he's PATIENT!) decided on the CX-5 and he made the leasing process so smooth. We had to drop off our old car at an other dealership and he was able to pick us up. The car was pristine when we finally got the keys (thanks detail guys!) and the finance guy was not pushy at all. "Excellent Experience" I went in to look for something new, seeing as though my current car is on its way out. I wanted something that does well in the snow but is also fun I went in to look for something new, seeing as though my current car is on its way out. I wanted something that does well in the snow but is also fun to drive. I ended up talking with Greg and after only a few cars, got me hooked on the CX-3 Touring. He really knows his stuff and I enjoyed going through the cars with him. He didn't try and oversell anything and understood what I wanted within my price range. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went in for service on my brand new vehicle and they were very rude to me and the technician was so rude! He did not want to be bothered while on hi I went in for service on my brand new vehicle and they were very rude to me and the technician was so rude! He did not want to be bothered while on his lunch and it showed in the way he got in my vehicle. I feel that this is a very poor technician to have working at your dealership he was not professional and he couldn't fix my problem in a timely manner. This is a brand new car it should not have "electrical problems" the next day after purchase. If I could give no stars I would just because of the one technician and I will probably never come back because of him! More
