Misled about lease details two years ago. I was told by a salesman two years ago that if I went over the miles on my lease early, I could just bring it back and start s new lease in another ve I was told by a salesman two years ago that if I went over the miles on my lease early, I could just bring it back and start s new lease in another vehicle. Turns out I had to pay off the lease first (cost me $7,000 I was not expecting to pay). I believe that salesman has since been fired. Fortunately Doug was a great salesman this time around, and the dealership worked hard to get me a hugely discounted 2017. More

Warning! Do not put down deposit to hold a car with them. They will NOT give your deposit back! My wife and I went there to get a nice new blue CX 5. They said that it was the last one on the lot. At the time the financial Personnel were not around to complete the transaction, so we would have to come back another day. So we put down a $500.00 deposit to hold the vehicle. The same day we went somewhere else and purchased another vehicle. Till this day, Partyka of Hamden has yet to return us our $500.00 deposit. The worst part is that while I'm standing in the sails floor trying to get my deposit back. I have a salesman telling me that "he's going to get in trouble because of customers like me and he can't feed his children because of customer like me"... absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. More
