Very poor interaction Picked up new vehicle, in test driving smoke coming from under hood. Apparently who ever serviced vehicle did not clean up spilled fluid on engine. Salesman spent no more than 5 minutes explaining how to preset radio channels then left me alone in vehicle to set up OnStar. No further explanation of functions of vehicle gone into. Vehicle was dirty on delivery and required washing when brought home that evening. In all very very poor experience would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I was stressed, but the staff made it painless I really appreciate the way they helped me, however in some areas I felt like I was taken advantage of due to my situation . From traverse to sonic. Then it snowed I didn't feel safe needed a truck. And I got one, but little things I didn't pay attention to at time of purchase, like automatic starter, heated seats that I was use to having but no longer don't..
