oil change/tire rotation I had a 7:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2015 Colorado, which i believe is the first appointment of the day. My truck was I had a 7:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2015 Colorado, which i believe is the first appointment of the day. My truck was not ready until 8:52, way too long for that service. When I got in the truck to leave the "service airbag" message and the "low tire pressure" indicator light were on. They were not on when I brought the vehicle in for the routine services. They brought the truck back in and "cleared" the indicators. I assume they were corrected and not just "reset". I finally left the service center at 9:38am. More

Oil change 2 hours for an oil change. Wife went with 2 toddlers and car was parked on side of building rather near entrance where the waiting room was. Last 3 2 hours for an oil change.
