Incompetence of mech staff could have had devastating conclusion had I actually believed the rep who said I was cleared to drive my Miata to Utah if necessary. Brakes pushed to the floor as soon as I drove it off the lot after having 4 calypers replaced for unspecified reasons when I just brought it in for a lube and oil. Followed rep's instructions to have brake fluid flushed, and the rest was downhill from there. On returning the car to fix the brake pressure (rep said it had air bubbles that needed to be extracted) was was told that the master brake cylander had a leak, and needed to be replaced!! Yes! I was to be charged for the replacement but not the labor, how generous. Had I set out for Utah, I'd probably be dead by now. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau More

My experience with this dealership was great. They had great customer service. I had a deposit down on a car, which normally only lasts a day or two. Unfortunately, due to my crazy schedule, I could not get to the dealership for more than the allotted time a deposit usually holds for. Despite this, Lee Partyka understood how crazy life is and held the car on deposit for longer for me. The two salesmen I was working with were absolutely wonderful, Eugene and Drew. They were not pushy, kept everyone up to date on details, and were extremely nice and knowledgeable. The dealership itself is really clean and nice. Everyone who worked there was very nice and said hello, which made the visit very comfortable. Robert, the money guy, was great. He got me the best deal out of any dealership I had talked to during the car buying process. Also, I told him I was in a rush, so we quickly went through everything, he was very respectful of my time, and they got me on my way with my new car! Overall experience was so great, especially for my first time buying a new car. I am most definitely referring my family and friends to this dealership. My mother is in the market for a new car and Lee Partyka is where she will be going first! This car is absolutely amazing. Mazda gave the CX-5 a make-over in 2017 and it is a beauty. The outside is really sharp looking and the interior is beautiful. I bought a grand touring with the premium package and the remote start, which is the top of the line for this model, and the price was like I was buying a Subaru. There is a lot of cargo space and great leg room for those sitting in the back seat. The dash board is designed very well and the driver assist projection with sign recognition on the windshield is top of the line. Love love love this car!!! More
