Knowing that the dealership was not going to do anything I asked the salesman to provide price on radio that had cd and bluetooth. He said he would look into cost. Next day, when I deliver the title to dealership the salesman told me that chev cost for radio would be to high, but he called a radio dealer and will have a price in one hour and he would call me When he didn't call me back, I even called two days later and left a message. I am still waiting this all happen 5 day ago. Since the salesman tool me the features that I wanted were supplied in the truck i purchased I would have expected the dealership to fix the problem. More

My experience I was kept waiting way after everyone who came in after me. There were 2 people in waiting room when I got there add 4 more after. This time, Izear hit it out of the park. I let them know that I was completely dissatisfied with my experience with my Mazda 6. I wanted to downsize a bit so I gave him my limits. Between him and Pat (sales manager), they got me into a Mazda 3 Grand Touring within $0.90 of the ballpark figure I started with. The car was ready for delivery the next day. The finance guy was more than ready when I came in and the transaction took less than 30 minutes to complete. Izear's knowledge of the car allowed him to set up most of the electronics quickly. As stressful and unfulfilling as my first experience was, this was a slam dunk. When my lease us up in 3 years, I may be back for a CX-5. Well done, guys! More
