The staff made us feel like we bought the most high-end luxurious vehicle on the lot. Eddie made sure to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable on all the features of the vehicle. There was no sales pressure. My husband negotiated the trade-in of our old vehicle, price and options on the new one (used but new to us) fairly quickly - again with no pressure or guilt trip. Since the vehicle had very recently arrived at the dealership there were a few minor repairs that I had to return for. My experience with Lee Partyka-Service was exceptional. Every concern about the repairs to my vehicle were answered and completed in a timely manner. The experience at Lee Partyka was so impressive that they will certainly have our business when we need another vehicle - forget about searching endlessly online, just come to Lee Partyka and they will treat you like royalty. He went above and beyond when he heard me “complain “ about my radio, by saying “trust me - we will get it resolved before you leave”. I was there for an oil and filter change only. He updated the information and made it clear to call him if the problem continues. I like that he was proactive ready with a solution. More

Take the good with the bad I want to preface everything else with how disappointing the pre delivery detail on a 70,000$ vehicle was. I agreed to buy the truck before 11am and had to wait until 3 for detail to finish with it. When I got the truck there were large spots that were still filthy, most noticeably in the middle of the windshield. That being said I was impressed with the tour of the service department and look forward to working with them on my future service needs. More
