He went above and beyond when he heard me “complain “ about my radio, by saying “trust me - we will get it resolved before you leave”. I was there for an oil and filter change only. He updated the information and made it clear to call him if the problem continues. I like that he was proactive ready with a solution. More

Take the good with the bad I want to preface everything else with how disappointing the pre delivery detail on a 70,000$ vehicle was. When I got the truck there were large spots that were still filthy, most noticeably in the middle of the windshield. That being said I was impressed with the tour of the service department and look forward to working with them on my future service needs. More
