Calls were not returned and I was transferred to random extensions .( at other Mazda dealerships .) Robert made the process of the lease buyout uncomplicated and quick. In addition to that, someone name Alex checked in with me just before my lease ended. He was checking to see if I was interested in leasing a new car and when I explained how I wanted to purchase my existing car but was having difficulty, he really went out of his way to help me get connected to someone in Finance.
