Poor service I was contacted by service dept.to remind me of free oil change and was told to ask for them directly.After 3 or 4 phone calls back and forth missing I was contacted by service dept.to remind me of free oil change and was told to ask for them directly.After 3 or 4 phone calls back and forth missing each other I just gave up and just called main line to set up appointment.The person who called was in a meeting,not available,or just not at his desk. One day after calling at 12 I never received another call all day. The salesman Alex was one of the best salespeople I have ever done business with. Very disappointed with service and also having to wait over an hour and 15 minutes to have my truck serviced More

Great experience overall, but left a little upset. Alex and the guys at Partyka have always been great to work with and overall I am pleased with my most recent visit and purchase. Two things that I am a little upset about as I left the dealership was that when we were shown the car and the hood was lifted we were told that the vehicle had the turbo engine, the salesman even pointed to a spot in the engine as we were told this. Well I should have looked harder at the paperwork on the car I guess because the car does not have the turbo engine. The second issue was that throughout the entire purchase we were never told that the vehicle only had 1 key, even though the key I was handed had a tag that stated it was key 1 of 2. After all the paperwork was signed and I am walking out to get into the car and leave I asked for the other key and was told that it couldn't be found and it was my responsibility to take it to Ford and purchase a second key out of my own pocket. I even drove 25 min home and 25 min back to get our second key for the car we were trading in. I understand that I was given a good deal on the vehicle but I am left with a slight bad taste on the overall experience. I am not sure if or how the 2nd key issue will be resolved, hopefully it will be found at their dealership. The misinformation on the engine is also disappointing. More
