Chevy Service I have a brand new car it’s making a very slight rattling noise. I brought it in to the shop. Mechanic took a test drive with me and acknowledged h I have a brand new car it’s making a very slight rattling noise. I brought it in to the shop. Mechanic took a test drive with me and acknowledged he heard it. He said he’s gonna take around with it and then give me a call. No one called me and I found out that he didn’t look at my car and a different mechanic said he couldn’t reproduce the noise. I drove out of the dealership with the rattle still happening I now have to go to a regular body shop to have them fix this a car with 15,000 miles that should still be under warranty More

The employees are always nice and attentive to my needs and concerns. They always go over the service and fully explain what service was given and any recommendations on any car needs. I have never felt that Partyka is trying to push extra service or cost on my maintenance. I always leave the dealership satisfied and have never needed any follow up service on any repairs done. They diagnosed car issue and explained what it was and also honored warranty, offered option of ride home or to wait for car. Car was done within time frame given. Awesome experience at Partyka's body shop! I had broken the passenger side mirror off my 2016 Impala limited and ordered a replacement from the parts department. When I asked about installing/painting the new mirror, the parts manager referred me to Dave Hutchins who took me through the process from beginning to end.
