Service Dept. Far and above other areas of this dealership After receiving ownership of my vehicle it was found that the homelink mirror could not be adjusted properly. After contacting the service dept. and After receiving ownership of my vehicle it was found that the homelink mirror could not be adjusted properly. After contacting the service dept. and explaining my problem to Amanda she first apologized that I had this problem and then said she would look into it and get back to me with what she found. Well she did everything she said. Not only did she actually get back to me (which I find very rare) but she found that they had installed the wrong mirror. At this point we scheduled an appointment to have the mirror replaced. Throughout this whole event she was not only very professional she was also very personable. She recognized the problem and made me feel sure that it would be resolved as quickly as possible. She did all this with a very nice and pleasant attitude. It was a real pleasure dealing with her.
