total disappointment 3 service people telling me three different things, not returning calls . 5,000 miles and a couple months over warranty and basicly told, to bad. Lifters collapsed in a 5 year old Silverado that I bought at partyka. I bought it 4 years old, was asked for proof of oil changes, I provided 4 , for the 14 months I had the truck. Then I was informed , 3 were no good because they were not done at the dealership. The story goes on and on but the message is, don't use partyka service. They did take some money off the $4,400. Original bill, but then I found out that it probably came out of a found that GM supplies the dealerships with. I had bought 2 new cars previous to this at partyka and was expecting to do more business with them, but this leaves a very disappointing , untrusting feeling with me. We bought 3 vehicles there because I trusted the sales man Adam Marshall , maybe the service dept should go learn from Adam. More

My guarded feeling consistently diminished as I spoke about my concerns AND THEY LISTENED. The salesman, "Q", Qalil, is awesome! He was really listening to me. When looking at the car i liked, he pointed out many important details I didn't think of! Phil, the sales manager, made promises AND HE STOOD BY THEM. Jason, the business manager, went patiently through every $ dollar. Oh, I love the Chevy!! Thank you Qalil! (BTW, you need your smile needs to be included as a pic on the "Meet our Staff" website.)
