did they even check my car? I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for probably close to 10 minutes for a service writer to show up. The only thing they said to me is that I need spark plugs..which I dont. When my car was finished the service writer just told me my car was ready he just handed me my bill and walked me over to pay it. My paperwork is all checked green but my husband looked at my car and noticed my battery needs to be replaced (checked green on my paper) and a belt is cracking and needs to be replaced. They also never even took the time to tell me where my car was parked. We have bought several cars over the year from partyka. We will not be back to this dealer for any further purchases. The service has been awful. More

Poor service I bought a certified preowned car in January 2018. Tires needed replaced upon buying the car. April of 2018 my transmission started slipping (I didn’t I bought a certified preowned car in January 2018. Tires needed replaced upon buying the car. April of 2018 my transmission started slipping (I didn’t realize that’s what was causing my car not to shift into the correct gear at the time), and finally went completely out in August 2018. Was going for just a service and found this out, had multiple other appointments to get to, they didn’t have a loaner for me, spent almost 3 hours on hold (due to a language barrier) trying to get in touch with them after I missed an appointment and spent over $40 using Uber’s to make it to my other appointment. The manager told me they would detail my car inside and out upon returning it to me to compensate for the poor service. Three weeks later, I got my car back, not detailed. When I called to complain, no one seemed to have any idea what I was talking about and unfortunately I was leaving for vacation the next day, so I plan to call and speak with another manager upon returning. I also had to have my “new” brakes fixed and pay to patch a tired that needs replaced. I’m very unhappy with the customer service/poor quality of car I received and purchased. More

I arrive at 4:30, 30 minutes before they close the salesman Alex and Joseph from finance stayed till 8 PM that day, explaining to me in detail the process and answering all my questions. They both make me feel like I was a VIP customer, I will recommend this dealer to family and friends. The department deals with paperwork need to work on their customer care and customer interaction. “ when I asked some additional questions about the paperwork the person make me feel like I was bothering them or I should’ve known the answer to that question. There car detail department also need to do a better job on detailing a new vehicle. Wen I gat the truck for the first time still was dirty and poorly percent , it was sent back to get retouch. I feel like they don’t care in how to percent the vehicle. I feel that if you’re dropping $42,000 in a vehicle should look like a show room car our truck. But in overall the experience was really good thank you to Alix and Joseph who work hard to make this deal happen. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant and professional.
