I got what I wanted I went in to find out what "Bumper to Bumper Warranty" was on my leased Chevy Cruze. I was getting emails to extend it. I was 36 months on a 39 mont I went in to find out what "Bumper to Bumper Warranty" was on my leased Chevy Cruze. I was getting emails to extend it. I was 36 months on a 39 month lease. While I was in for my last 6 month lubrication, Luis Rivera (Sales and Leasing Consultant) came down while I was waiting for the oil change to finish and he spoke to me about my lease and what I options I had, instead of waiting for the end of the lease. I left and a few day later came back to see what he could do to either end the lease, or get me into another vehicle. Over the next few hours he was able to end the lease and get me into a Chey TRAX, at the lease payment that I wanted. When I started negotiations with Luis, I did not even know what a Chey TRAX was and that it was the vehicle right behind me as I sat at his desk. Once he brought a TRAX out for test driving, and I test drove it, I knew it was the vehicle I was looking for. The drivers seat is high, and the vehicle is high off the ground and it gave me the feeling that I was driving in my Dodge Dakota and it wasn't a truck. More

Great customer service I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. I inquired about if they had the part that my car had a recall for. The part was now available I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. I inquired about if they had the part that my car had a recall for. The part was now available. They would not be able to service the car that day but they could put me in a loaner car while it was being fixed. They were unable to get a different part so it took slightly longer fix. I could not pick up the car the day it was fixed. I was able to use the loaner one extra day without issue. My experience was great. More

David said that the part would take three to five days to come in and that I shouldn’t drive the car to avoid further damage. He offered me a ride home but I explained that I was not local. He arranged a loaner car for me until my car was fixed. When I came to pick up my car he remembered me right away and came over to me, shook my hand and took care of me right away. I have received excellent service from your dealership ever since I purchased my car. I won’t bring it anywhere else. I am also spreading the word to all of my friends about my experience. More
