My First Oil Change I pulled in the Service Center on Tuesday morning and was greeted by Ty Hubbard and he was a gentleman and he assisted me in getting my oil changed on I pulled in the Service Center on Tuesday morning and was greeted by Ty Hubbard and he was a gentleman and he assisted me in getting my oil changed on my 2016 Equinox. He is always pleasant and acknowledged me by my name. I like that. I'm not just a number. I would like to see a little more refreshments for the customers other than water. Whenever I would go to George Harte Nissan in West Haven, they would have sodas, water, coffee, hot chocolate, pretzels and cheese nips. They also wash your car after being services when you spend over $40.00 for service. At least, I am able to watch television while waiting for my car. More
