They checked my car for the key to remove them and could not find it, After waiting an hour last week for new lug nuts I was told they did not have the right part. An hour to find out they could not do the job. Unacceptable! Was told to come back this week and they would do the job. Called to be sure they had lug nuts and went in. After 45 minute wait they informed me they did not have the right tools to take off my lug nuts. As a good loyal customer, check how man cars I have purchased in the last five years, I have always been happy with Partyka. Not anymore, I won't recommend or come back after I finally get this resolved. I need to go back next week after they get the right tools so far I have wasted 2 hours and 20 minutes. I am 74 years old and can't afford to waste any of my few hours left! More
